Users from Afghanistan, Australia, China, France, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, and Yemen are not allowed to use the Site or its services.

6. Indemnification

You are fully responsible for keeping your username(s), password(s), account(s), and all activities that happen under your account(s) confidential. You have to do your best to help us defend ourselves against any claim. 7. Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal or fair action related to or arising out of these terms of service must be filed in Guernsey, as explained in the "Governing Law" section. You agree and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts so that any such action can be tried in them.

For informational purposes only, the Site links to government websites in many countries around the world. It is up to you to check the law in your area:

7.1 North America

In both the United States and Canada, iGaming is regulated at the State (or Provincial) level. To find out more about the laws in your area, visit the website of your local government, like NJDGE.org or iGaming Ontario. The Dirección General de Juegos y Sorteos is in charge of making sure that online gambling is legal in Mexico.

7.2 South America

Every year, new laws are passed to regulate and tax iGaming in the area, but South America's regulatory system is still in its early stages. Our site doesn't have any information about the area.

7.3 United Kingdom

The UK is a fully regulated market for iGaming. The UK Gambling Commission is the official group in charge of rules.

7.4 Europe

Almost every country in Europe has its own rules and laws about iGaming. Some official groups are the Swedish Spelinspektionen, the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit, the French ANJ, and others. Visit the government website in your country to learn more about the laws there.

7.5 Oceania

The official group in Australia in charge of iGaming is the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). The Gambling Commission in New Zealand is run by the country itself. Visit the government website in your country to learn more about the laws there.

7.6 Asia

Most countries in this area don't allow online gambling, so they don't have any resources to regulate it. Our Site does not provide iGaming resources for Asia.

7.7 Africa

Most countries in this area have banned online gambling, so they don't have any resources to regulate it. Our site doesn't have any information about iGaming for Africa.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, personal injury (including death), and property damage of any kind, that result from (a) the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or the content, materials, or functions on any such site, or (b) the conduct or actions, whether online or not, of you or any other person or entity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In no case shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount you paid, if any, or £100 GBP, whichever is less, for accessing or participating in any Site-related activity.

9. Amendment

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove parts of these terms of use at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to check these terms of use for any changes. If these terms of use change, and you still use the Site, that means you agree to and accept the new terms.

We can change the Agreement at any time, and any changes will take effect 3 days after they are posted on the Site, or sooner if they are required by a law, rule, or directive. 10. General Provisions

These terms of use will be governed by the laws of Guernsey and interpreted in line with those laws, without taking into account any conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms of use is illegal, void, or can't be enforced for any reason, that part will be considered separate from the rest of the terms and won't affect their validity or enforceability. If we don't enforce a right or rule in these terms of use, that doesn't mean we're giving up that right or rule. We can end these terms of use for you right away, even if you haven't done anything wrong and we haven't told you. When the agreement ends, you must stop using the Site and destroy all materials you got from other sites and any copies you made, whether in accordance with these terms or not.

13. Governing Law

By going to the Site or using the Services, you agree that the Agreement and your use of the Site and the Services will be governed by the laws of Guernsey, even if they conflict with other laws.

14. Entire Agreement

The Agreement is the only agreement we have with you about how you use the Site and its services. It replaces any other agreements we had with you about the same things. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Agreement, you did not rely on any warranty or representation other than what the Site has made clear in this Agreement.
